Purpose of this information document
This document allows you to know the nature of the personal data concerning you and in our possession, the purposes and methods of processing, any recipients of such data and the rights that are granted to you.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 Trans Tek (hereinafter also the Data Controller), with registered office in Via Ferrovia, 151 Trav. San Francesco 80040 S.Gennaro V.no (NA), VAT no. 03897150656, as data controller, provides you with this information pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 General Regulation on data protection.

Purpose of processing
The personal data you provide - by filling in the form "Sign up" will be used to manage the contractual relationship, provide all the services requested and manage the tax and accounting obligations.

Nature of the provision of personal data
The provision of you personal data is optional but necessary to allow us to respond to your request for contact. Any refusal to release data makes it impossible for the owner to process your requests.

Consent
According to art. 6, letter b) of EU Regulation 2016/679 there is no need to give your consent for the management of your data.

Data processed
Registration requires the insertion of personal data and contact, through the private area of the site you can contact us and manage orders. The insertion of data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory..

Modalities of the data processing

Your personal data will be processed mainly through computer equipment, to manage your requests and for communication needs. The Data Controller takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data processed.

Duration of the processing
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to manage the contractual relationship and in compliance with the time limits provided by current legislation.

Data circulation area
The personal data may be used by employees of the Company who have been assigned a specific role as data processor or person in charge of processing and who have been given adequate operating instructions, and by third companies that undertake instrumental activities on behalf of the Data Controller, the latter acting as external data processors and under the direction and control of the Data Controller.

Data disclosure
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties for tax purposes and other third parties that take part in our internal processes (e.g. banks, forwarding agents, etc.) for specific activities relating to contractual obligations. Your personal data may be transmitted to the competent authorities if this is necessary for security purposes.

Non-dissemination of data
Your personal data are not subject to dissemination to unspecified recipients.

Data transfer abroad
The above personal data will not be transferred abroad.

Rights of the data subject
With regard to the processing of your personal data, you have the right at any time to:

• to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or the integration of incomplete personal data;
• obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you;
• obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you;
• obtain information about any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out in relation to personal data concerning you;
• receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, personal data concerning you;
• oppose at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of personal data concerning you.
